Anusara Yoga is the yoga of the heart. It can be a powerful tool for exploration and transformation. Through aligning our bodies with the greater pulsation of Effort & Grace, we can make a true shift in our practice and our lives. This will be a hands on workshop as you will be guided and supported in your physical alignment and in your understanding of our style of yoga. In this workshop, we’ll be exploring the Universal Principles of Alignment and the 3 A’s of Anusara Yoga. This will include a brief overview of Anusara philosophy. The workshop will be a mix of asana & discussion, and is open to students of all levels & experience with Anusara Yoga. |
